The only reason I’m giving it a 4 overall of 5 is due to the parking situation on 05/25. Seems the place had 2 events going on and I was unable to park in the hotel, even though I paid for valet parking at check in. What an inconvenience, but the staff was friendly and showed empathy towards the situation.

There were no shampoos & conditioner in the room. They put us in the bay building. Terrible place to stay. Staffs in the front desk are unfriendly. Walked from the nain building to the Bay building. Waitress Angeli is nice however. Will not return.

Overall, the room was very clean and stocked. Room service was good and quick. The view from our room was nice. The room was also very spacious. The bed was comfortable as well. The only things that we did see that we didn’t like were crack lines in the sink and bubbling in the ceiling of the shower.

We didn’t get what we pay for in terms of the room, they gave us what they have available at the time not what we choose.

Price was too high. Parking was too high that i had to return my rental car

From the moment of check -in we were absolutely delighted. Layla, Reception Front Desk, We were not able to access the amenities needed for my 95 year old mother’s Handicapped needs, Via Expedia! She assisted out family with accommodations for her needs. This made our vacation even better. Then the Pool area Edwin “The Hat Man” was very accommodating as well. Are stay was very nice and welcoming. At the end of our stay Paul,The Bellman was fantastic.We went back in to thank Layla, she was not present, So Amber broke down our billing information. And she was very nice and Helpful as well . We will absolutely be coming back to stay. Thank you Sheraton San Diego

We booked the Sheraton Hotel Marina tower with a king size bed on May 25 to May 27. We arrived at around 630pm to check in. We were told that there was no parking spaces and we had a dinner reservation somewhere so we decided to go dinner and come back later to check in. After dinner, we went to the Marina tower to check in at 930pm. There was no parking space so we just wait in the parking area for 30 mins for parking spaces. We finally got one and went inside to check in. The staff told us that the hotel was overbooked so they had to sent us to Bay tower and they told us that they upgraded our room to higher floor and King size bed in the Bay tower. They told us that we could move our car to Bay tower but we declined because we were afraid that we would not find another space so we took a shuttle to the Bay tower. We arrived at the Bay tower and went to our room and found that there were 2 full size bed instead of a King size bed. So we went downstairs to ask the staffs at the Bay tower. The staff told us that “well since you did not book directly through the website, we cannot guarantee you a king size bed.” However, we were told that we got a king size bed in Marina tower by the staffs over there. If the hotel cannot arrange what they promised, do not ever lie to your customers. Will never book Sheraton again.
