My family and I loved everything about this hotel. Very clean and staff was extremely friendly. The pools and slides was the highlight my kids stay.

Loved everything. Staff was great especially Zac from Red Marlin. Zac was extremely knowledgeable.
As far as the room, it was a beautiful room. But the shower could not use the hot water due to the extremely loud vibrations in the wall when we used the hot water. So I took cold showers which was no fun.
Other than that experience, everything else was great.

The area, the front desk, hotel service and concierge was fantastic. The only bad thing was the spa was closed the days that we were there.
