There are no towel racks in the room. You have to hang your towels across furniture. Our room had one hook on the door and one hook on the vanity for a hand towel. The towels would fall to the floor. Terrible pillows. The shower handle was difficult to maneuver and if you’re on a high floor, hot water takes a while. Older hotel. Best things about it are its location and the ladies at breakfast busing tables Very sweet hard working ladies.

Good Location. Shopping mall right across the street. Rooms are spacious. Good Breakfast but super long lines.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel was convenient to stay near UCSD. Loved the happy hour and the beautiful decor with coy pond inside. Nice rooms that were spacious and quiet. Would definitely stay there again!

Dark, drab, dated pie shaped room with uncomfortable furniture and bedding. Not worth the price. Did not appreciate being approached by Hilton promotions person trying to sell something during breakfast. Tacky

This place is perfect for my family. My husband and children (2 Y, 5 Y) really enjoyed staying here. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was perfect! There was something for everyone. This hotel is located across the street from a really nice mall which was very convenient and. close to dining options. This place is definitely for us when we travel this way again.
