Staff was friendly and responsive, location is within walking distance of coffee shop, restaurants and beautiful views.

It was a good experience to stay in this hotel for a third time, but pay for a parking lot 25 dollars per night, I think it's too much. Other than that, it was very good and excellent. Good stuff.

We stayed there because we were going to a concert @ Humphrey's. BW was in a fantastic location for us walking to the concert. The park across the street was wonderful! Shopping? We did not see ANY place to shop in the vicinity, not even a convenience store. Dining? Slim pickins. Just restaurants @ the hotels near by, which seemed to serve the same type of food & was expensive. Transportation, only taxi, uber and lyft, no public transportation available either. It would have been REALLY nice to have a shuttle van to and from the airport! Like most hotels do. Walkable? Convenience? Depends on what you are wanting to do your mode of transportation. We didn't use parking, but it looked like there was a good amount of places to park. We THOUGHT there was a complimentary continental bfast @ the hotel and we were VERY disappointed to find out there was not. The other BW did have cont. bfast. & nothing close to eat breakfast @ ie coffee house, etc. Our second day, we did find Denny's and Ralphs & did walk there, which was a bit of a hike. We were tired by the time we got there & decided to definitely take a Lyft ride back. @ Ralph, we did get food that we could cook in the microwave for our dinner that night and bfast the following day.I needed to iron the blouse that I was GOING to wear to the concert, but the iron spit out all kinds of rust and minerals on my new white blouse and I had to figure out another outfit. Our door had enough space @ the bottom, daylight came through.

I enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff were very kind and attentive, in a pretty location, and felt safe in the area.

Blue wave bar and grill is excellent. The hotel staff were pleasant and professional.

Excellent hospitality. Staff was very kind and the amenities were great. Played a game of pickle ball through by renting some equipment and lounged at the pool. Bartender made some good drinks. Would recommend this hotel and would come back to try the restaurant next time.
