The rooms were clean and pretty quiet. The elevators were quick. The staff was very friendly. Overall I really liked the hotel. Also loved the complimentary water bottles and cold glasses in the fridge. The breakfast was good too and decetnly priced for what you get. The Lavender pouches in front of the elevator for our pillows was an extra special touch. Cons: The street in front of the hotel is blocked off at night so when we arrived from the airport, our Uber driver was cofused about where to drop us off. We didn't know either (first time visitors). The hotel signage is not visible from the 5th and F streets (I think that is where we were dropped off). Also, while the room was clean, the shower could use some attention. It needs a good scrub - grout and around the shower door were a little moldy.

The location is central to all we wanted to do. Corin at checkin was excellent. From valet to bar tender in lounge were so helpful and courteous. Will be coming back

Property was noisy! Do not stay here if you want rest! Music plays all night and delivery trucks start before 5 am! However, the location is great for restaurants and walk abilities! Staff was great and rooftop pool and sun deck was very relaxing! Also the street is blocked off at 12noon every day so shared ride services can not pull in front of the hotel after lunch!

We were told we would be able to check in at noon and weren’t able to check in until almost 5pm. By the time we checked in the pool was closed which is why we booked this hotel originally. We valeted our car for $60 and when we got our car back after checkout, the seats were all lounged and our belongings that were in the trunk were rummaged through. I would not recommend this hotel, as the staff was extremely rude and made zero effort to accommodate us.

Where do I begin?? Really disappointed! The accommodations were terrible! It was SO loud! I understand being in this neighborhood will mean some noise but The music from the street was blaring until 2am, and then started up again at 7am… but it wasn’t until the next morning that I realized the thumping bass wasn’t just coming from outside it was also coming from the room right next door! The walls of the rooms were paper thin, could hear everything. The king bed was SO uncomfortable. Very stiff and you could feel the springs in the mattress. And the sheets were terrible. It felt like sleeping on sandpaper. Also… no privacy for your bathroom. It’s a sliding glass door which leaves gaps. Some other complaints… they wouldn’t let our friends check into their room until 5pm… Google maps also directs you to the back of the hotel, where there is no entrance. Also the breakfast is terrible. Don’t waste your time. Would NOT stay here ever again. Not worth it!

Motion detector for the lights was super loud and kept going on and off all night. Ac also beeped loudly before and after the ac turned on.
