Nice staff, room is very clean and also has a kitchen. Hotel overall is nice and beautiful.

Our room was dirty (floors, shower, counters) We had no towels in the kitchenette and the dishes were dirty. The elevators had trash whe we arrived and was still there in the morning. The outside was littered with cigarette butts snd trash. I was very disappointed and let the front desk know when i left. She said she was sorry

Front desk people and manager are not very customer service oriented. Or make up rules as they go along.

Unfortunately had problems with our room such as garbage disposal for sink was clogged and the sink was leaking. We also dos not have access to a phone to contact the front desk. Was fortunate we were given late check out a a consolation for the issues with our room at the time of stay.
