The staff was absolutely amazing! We reserved a single king room for our anniversary, but last minute babysitter bail we needed a two bed room. The staff immediately upgraded us to a huge premium room at no charge, gave four drink vouchers, and even brought us a complimentary bottle of champagne and cupcakes for our kids. A botched anniversary weekend quickly turned into an amazing family vacation thanks to the best customer service we’ve ever received from a hotel. Will be our go to in San Antonio. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in a great location on the Riverwalk. At check-in, the front desk was very accommodating. We needed to change our room type and we brought a pet. It was no problem at all. We parked in the parking garage across the street which was only $10 day and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again. I just have 2 negatives... the cleaning staff should be a little more thorough when cleaning. My husband noticed something under the covering below the bed and it was an old eaten apple core also he found some type of gel pill (perhaps a cold medicine) lying on the floor. But the cleaning staff needs to do a better job when cleaning for the next guests. The toiletries they have for the guests seem really cheap and not quality, Omni should provide better for their guests. (I do bring my own just in case though.) :) I really hate putting this in my review, because I would stay here again and really like the hotel.

First room we received was clean for the most part . Only issue was dirty towels left on the floor . Front desk made proper changes needed with no hesitation .

Staff and property were okay. I paid $700 for 4 days 3 nights and I seriously think I could’ve paid the same amount for something better. The hotel is mid condition , the elevators are wonky and always hot for some reason. Parking was okay, you either had the choice paying for parking across the street or valet which was $39 daily. The room service was fine but I didn’t like how I found out that they came in without my knowledge or presence. Don’t know if that’s normal but I didn’t like it. Also to put the cherry on top was that I was randomly charged $200 on my card and the front desk didn’t have a logical reason as to why I was charge. They tried to give me a bs reason as to why which I didn’t like, cause it felt like I was getting scammed or tricked so that was fun. Also this isn’t the first time cause when I was checking out I overheard another person got charged randomly as well $500, so if you do go be careful with what card you use. Other than that it was fine. 3 1/2 stars for everything
