The elevators took long and the one going to the river level was not working at times.

Kind staff, clean well kept property. Kids were given popsicles at checkin!

Hotel was beautiful! Onlybissue we had, they had overbooked the entire hotel the 1st night we were there. They had to put us in the conference room the 1st night on a foldout couch. It was awfully uncomfortable! Next day they had us move into a better room. And gave us $ as compensation for the mishap. $ had to be spent at their facilities though. All in all it was a good vacation for my husband and I.
