Friendly, attentive staff. Quiet & dark rooms even with the hustle and bustle of being downtown. Will definitely book here again.

If you want to stay close to the river walk in nice spacious hotel rooms this is it. Yes parking is only valet and kinda pricey but for me and my family it was nice. The staff were all so nice and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast time was busy but there was always food and it was good! No complaints here. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to any of my friends.

We had a reservation for 5 people. They would only give us three towels at a time unless we went to front desk and ask for enough for all guests to have one. That was odd.
Except for the lady working breakfast, the staff were all very nice.
