I reserved a King room and got two queens. The floors were very dirty so that when we took a shower there was black in the tub from our feet. There was no TV remote in our room.

Dirty hallways. Room was dark and musty. AC didn't work well and very noisy.

We usually stay here when we visit San Antonio, we love it! It’s so nice, clean and staff is so friendly!

This hotel was very nice. I like that it was right across from the North Star mall. Parking was very easy as well.

Was disappointed that although I reserved a king room I was given a room with two queens.

Behind nightstand where a couple plugs are was filthy with trash and dust in 2 different rooms.
Its overpriced and barely slept in 1st room because it was so hot.
We will never return to this property.
