In first arrival we had a couple of issues with the room having not been properly cleaned and one of the TVs wouldn’t connect to the internet. The reception team were amazing at trying to address the issues and eventually moved us to a different room (as they were unable to resolve the TV issue).
On arrival at the second room (which was in much better condition) we could see some other items were obviously not right / missing from the first room - presumably where they had been broken or damaged and subsequently removed.
Breakfast was great but you really must book in advance to avoid long waits.
Altogether it was a lovely stay - the pool was great and almost private when we used it and the team on the front desk really made us feel welcome and did all they could to make sure we had a great stay.

Air conditioning didn't work.
Coffee machine faulty.
Coffee table hadn't been cleaned.
No extractor fan in the bathroom, or not working.
No tea towels or kitchen roll.
Only one glass in the cupboard.

I was not sure what to expect when i booked my rooms, but i will say this. It was excellent I would highly recommed, the staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful
