Walkable area, staff was helpful. May have been renovations or reorganization while we were there. There was furniture and boxes piled up in the hallways near the main entrance. Room was clean though and smelled fresh. Balcony had cigarette butts and water stains but the room served its purpose. We slept well, it was affordable and we were able to bring our dog.

The place was under construction and did not give off comfortable or relaxing vibes the room we stayed in was not renovated the tv was very static and there were mattresses lined up in the lobby to name a few things the clerk was pretty nice though so that was a plus

I don't think this property should be able to advertise until they finish renovating. There were old mattresses stacked in the lobby, the hallway on our floor reeked of cigarette smoke and all the windows at the entrance were dirty. Conversely, the room and bathroom were very clean and thankfully you couldn't smell the smoke through our door. lWhen we checked in, the young man at the desk kept us waiting because he didn't know how to operate the computer. We had to wait until the manager ginished helping another customer.

Expected minimal wear-and-tear but otherwise clean and suited for needs. Limited staff presence at front desk but helpful and friendly when available. Only complaint pertains to renovation construction that was very noisy during the day; I wish it was disclosed that this was the reason for the discounted room. However, there are many activities in the surrounding area for during the day and it provides free parking next to downtown.

The place was run with just a bare minimal efforts to be a Motel. Look like everything was bandaged just enough to function. The room I stayed in didnt even have hot water.

There was furniture stacked everywhere, the whole building smelled of cigarette smoke and weed. The room was a non smoking room that also smelled of weed. I stayed for an hour and then left.

Great price. Great location. Rooms are in the process of being renovated. They have a ways to go. Everyone there tried to make things pleasant.
