Clean room, very friendly staff, good restaurant. Property is old but maintained. Furniture is very outdated. Hot water. No A/C. Plenty of parking space

They wanted to move us to a different hotel and come back the second day. After we insistented, they cleared a room which they were using as a storage space. The staff was wonderful but we had a bad experience.

This place was pretty good, a bit more expensive than it should have been. We had dinner in the restaurant and I didn't even eat mine, because it didn't look or taste very good. My wife said her dinner wasn't too bad but not really good either.

Having booked but been unable to stay due to closure on account of covid-19 I am truly amazed to see the booking treated as though we actually stayed. The negative ratings are just to attract Hotel.com's attention to this nonsense. Normal correspondence has drawn a total blank.

In a place of amazing views this place has none :( it’s VERY basic and bad location. Not your best option in Sagada
