A new hotel within an ancient one. Lovely lobby, room small, typical of a motel room. Within historic part of Rouen.

The staff were exceptional- Caroline, Louise, and Matthew were all very helpful, knowledgeable, and spoke perfect English. We had a bit of trouble with our GPS and finding the hotel, but called Caroline at the front desk and she talked us thru the process of getting there and driving the car into the lift. Also the breakfasts were delicious! The location was perfect with all the main sights within a short walk.

A cute little place. The rooms are super small but lovely. There is not any shampoo or conditioner so be prepared. They have on-site parking which is a plus if you have a car! It was a nice quick stay in lovely Rouen! Thank you.
