Everything was good, the hot water was not working for the spa in Room 2 which was a downer and we had to use the public outside spa.

Very last-minute stay for us and was well worth it. Clean and tidy with a very nice and hot thermal pool. Could do with a little bit of a spruce up in the bathroom, but meets (and compared to some others exceeds) 3 stars in that department. Overall would stay again if given the opportunity.

Loved our stay, great facilities that suited our needs. Loved our spa & the big pool. Friendly/helpful staff. Just some minor maintenance repairs (few of the high vertical blinds need to be clipped back on)

Everything was perfect until I saw a mouse in the kitchen.That was terrible experience

This was never reported, we have never seen mice onsight as pest control are very demanding in supporting threir services here. Would have been nice to be informed

Nice heated very warm pool and spa in room plus rooms are spacious. We had few minor issues but the gentleman there got it fix and looked after us well. Good customer service.

Friendly welcome. Good set up for the room. Bathroom was disappointing the shower was terrible and the bathroom could really do with an upgrade with rusty light fittings etc. The plunge pool with the room was disappointing as it wasn’t what we expected and we couldn’t all fit in. Beds were ok just a bit hard. The room was noisy not sound proof at all. Could hear our neighbours.

Thjanks Charlotte for the review-how many did you try to fit in the pool? it can fit up to 5 people easily its quite big. The sulfur unfortunately eats away at all things chrome in the units-its just what it does. Yes we do need an upgrade and that will be happening once the new 40 units have been completed this year. Your neighbours had children and children love to scream and play, mush the same age as yours. Thanks anyway , again thanks for the review very helpful indeed

Lovely large thermal pool. Good time to visit during Autumn. Owner was very nice.

We really enjoyed the private plunge pool and the motel pool for the kids which is lit and open at night. The pool area also has a BBQ which is excellent for families.
The best part of the stay had been the super friendly staff. Highly recommended for families!
