Extremely disappointing. This was my 6th time in Rome and by far the worst hotel. The location is good and if you don’t look too closely the hotel is aesthetically pleasing. BUT the hotel is not clean. There was mould in the shower, hair on the bathroom and bedroom floor, a shower gel container and tissue box in the bathroom ripped off by previous guests. There are marks all over the walls. Keeping in mind the hotel opened in Sept 2022, it is not aging well. There was no soap in the public area toilets like the lobby and rooftop bar/breakfast area….how do the staff wash their hands after using the toilet? I complained about my room after check in and they sent a cleaner, offered two complimentary drinks at the rooftop bar, which then we were told were only for beer and soft drinks. I raised this at checkout and an adjustment was made. We stayed for 4 nights to attend a wedding in Rome, at no time were we offered any kind of information on Rome, we didn’t need any as we had been there before but staff didn’t know that. We were not offered assistance with taxis. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel, I think they are taking advantage of the location and constant flow of visitors to Rome; they know there will be other bookings regardless of the service they provide. I will not return to this hotel

Stocking up of T coffee etc wasn't up to scratch but overall a good hotel

First arriving at the hotel we weren’t sure what to expect because it doesn’t look like much but once inside we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms. We had booked a suite and junior suite and both rooms were great esp for European standards. The rooftop is amazing .. great views and breakfast. The location is great .. just a couple of streets away from all the restaurants in Trastavere

We really enjoyed being in Trastevere and this hotel seemed like one of the best there. Clean and a close walk to the main area in Trastevere. A little longer walk obviously to Rome sights but we didn’t mind the walking. The rooftop breakfast every morning was outstanding and honestly a huge amenity provided to us! Very happy with our stay!

Good location away from the dense tourist areas on the other side of the river closer to the Pantheon. Good restaurants within a 15-walk of the hotel. If you’re up for a good walk, you can reach Vatican City in 40 minutes.

The front desk staff was fantastic and helped us with a few hiccups during our stay. The neighborhood has great dining options within walking distance and the rooftop restaurant is another great option if you want to stay in for the evening. Perfect spot!
