Had a wonderful experience staying at Napoleon Hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel is in a great area with bars and restaurants near by. I highly recommend the wine bar right next door! The rooms are simple and the bathroom had an odd layout but overall, our stay was pleasant.

Did not like the rooms on first floor. No view at all. Appeared to have been in a basement.

good morning Christine and thank you for your comment. None of our three rooms have a view of the square, which can be a disadvantage, but instead means that there are no noisy rooms. We do NOT have underground rooms,

Rooms on a smaller side, but clean. Friendly staff, decent breakfast.

Neighborhood had a lot of litter around. Our room had no window. The only coffee available was instant. Very helpful staff.

Good morning Elizabeth, unfortunately you continue to write things that are ABSOLUTELY untrue. There is NO such thing as a room without windows in a hotel!!!! IT WOULD BE ILLEGAL. In the breakfast room you can find coffee both from the machines and at the table... just ask for it rather than writing after you leave!!

Great price and great hotel. This is a no frills type of place. Safe convenient well priced and great staff. I think it is a hybrid 3.5-4 stars and it is safe well maintain and the bed is comfy all you need if you are traveling on a medium budget.

Excellent location to explore Rome’s most popular attractions, walking distance to Colosseum, Monti neighborhood, and much more. Breakfast was included in room rate, a large buffet type breakfast with so many options, pastries, eggs, bacon, sandwiches, juice, coffee, fruit and more. Terminal station directly in front of hotel was closed for renovations but there were others nearby.
Staff was friendly and there’s a little bar for an evening cocktail.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the beds were comfy. It is next to a metro stop which was handy and 10 mins walk from the Termini station. Lots of restaurants in the area and coffee bars. Did not eat at the Hotel so could not comment on their food. Would stay there again.
