What a gem! Hotel Universo was a real pleasure to stay at. The facilities and amenities are updated, modern and well appointed. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Special note of appreciation to Martin (Front Desk) who was able to make an adjustment to my booking to ensure my stay went well. I was considering stay only for 2 nights, but decided to stay for a third. The Roof Bar and staff were the cherry on Top.

A very nice modern hotel with an excellent rooftop restaurant for dinner and a first floor restaurant for breakfast. Very warm and friendly staff. Room is clean, attractive, and very comfortable. I would stay here again for the quality of the property and the convenience to the sites.

Much as this hotel is accessible it’s very difficult to park to unload and load luggage. Double parking. Roads are very narrow.

An easy walk from Roma Termini, it was clean and had all the amenities we wanted-good shower, bed, elevator, air conditioning, as well as helpful staff and a fun little rooftop terrace where we spent our last night before returning to the US.

Room was comfortable. The a/c was good on a warm day. Good location near the Termini and in walking distance to quite a bit of restaurants, shops and sites within a few blocks. The staff was great. They also helped us arrange for a private car to/from airport. They offer luggage storage prior to check in if needed. We also were able to get a late check out too which was helpful! The breakfast was good and fairly priced.
We had to have the room cleaned and sheets changed shortly after entering as it was quite dusty but no complaints after this and the cleaning staff were very helpful
