We were disappointed with our stay. On arrival we were advised we were not staying in a cabin but a studio. Although, the room was clean the only chair was broken and the mattress was like sleeping on a stone. We will not stay here again.

Hi Wayne, sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We checked the chair after your departure and it was in working order. Unfortunately when you book online you don't always choose the accommodation that meets your requirements. Sometimes it is easier to call the park and discuss the accommodation options prior to booking.

Needs Proper Cleaning
Posted 12 Oct 2023 on HotelsHad difficulty finding where to check in. The lady at the check in was however very friendly and welcoming. When my husband went to get an extra toilet roll, replacement for a badly chipped plate and tea towel she was very helpful and obliging. However, I spent at least an hour cleaning our accommodation. The desk top had not been wiped down for a long time, the tray with dishes etc on it had also not been cleaned for a while. The dishes and mugs were also not cleaned very well. The floors looked like they hadn’t even been vacuumed. In the corners, behind the bathroom door there was a lot of dust, insects and cobwebs. Walls, ledges and floors felt like they haven’t been washed for a while. The cabinet beside the wash basin, the basket drawers had so much dust, dead insects and cobwebs. I have photos and have attached some of them. We felt we were only there for one night and it that was too late to seek an alternative.

Room was pleasant with a desk, microwave and small fridge. For a small studio, it still felt quite spacious. Bed was too hard for my liking and the air con was quite noisy, however that would have blocked any outside noise if there was any.

Staff was very nice. Room stayed the water system make very loud noice that we couldn't take shower properly after day long drive arriving in the evening. Couldn't connect WiFi. congested parking space. water was slimy, didn't drink. Middle of night AirCon stopped. Wouldn't recommend.

The office phone is always manned. For any issues you are always welcome to call us. The town water in Roma is artesian water. Due to the volume of guests going through the park they are always setting the air-conditioners to their required setting. The airconditioner would have stopped working due to someone setting it on the timer function. It has been checked and it is in full working order. The Wifi in Roma is always on and off, this is not a park problem, it is a network problem.
