I stayed here for one night and since arriving I was very happy with the cleanliness and wonderful staff. Excellent customer service. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again.

It seems like when booking through Expedia, I am given a worse room than if booking directly. The hotel needs a renovation, especially the first floor. There was a beeping noise that continued from 8am-7pm, after asking it was noted to be the industrial driers that turn off around 8pm every night. The room was expensive, $300, likely because of a high school sporting event. The athletes were up until 1am slamming doors seeming to be oblivious or just not caring about the others in the hall. Employees did not intervene despite this occurring on the first floor. It was not worth the money, stay at another hotel.

I also do apologize about the other guests slamming doors, Please note that my team DID speak with the guests and informed them they needed to be aware and courteous that we have other guests in the hotel.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice. Pretty standard room. It was clean and comfortable though. Good bang for your buck
