Staff was very kind and friendly. Easy check in. Extremely dirty room. Toilet was used and not flushed nor cleaned at all- entire bathroom disgusting. I brought in my own cleaning supplies and cleaned off all the counters and electrical outlets.

If you're only looking for a place to sleep, this is it. Don't expect anything special like the name "Quality" suggests.
I stayed in the King Suite - where I had a jacuzzi tub that didn't work, a comforter that was no longer even sewn together at the edges & a closet door with trim not even attached to the wall. Oh, and if you can't figure out why the microwave doesn't work - yet switching the light switch by the door. Looking for an ice machine - head to the 3rd floor.....
I'll definitely do myself a favor next time & spend $80 on a worthy room at another hotel.

Entry smelled like smoke. Reeked in fact. The room fridge was very noisy. Breakfast was acceptable.

Staff was great. Older property but very clean. Good breakfast. Will be back!
