The staff was pleasant and I had a quick check in and the Valet staff was excellent and had my car ready for when I arrived for pick up.

Pretty much stayed because of the aesthetics but the rooms is getting a little outdated. Overall it was a unique stay

Beautiful place to stay! Very historic! Gave 4 stars because there were bugs in our bathroom. I killed them, no others came!

As soon as we got to our room, we were given a room with no working AC. Mind you, this was about a 80 degree day and we had the suite with multiple windows and direct sun hitting it. Room read 85 degrees when the technician came in. Turns out it needed a whole part, great. We were still willing to compromise and deal with it. Well, that same night, we came back from our EDM event that ended at 3 am, we were back at our rooms tired, our meds were in the room, we were in our party outfits and what do you know we’re locked out! We changed the room key 3 times and the security even tried the master key.. all of this just for them to tell us that we needed to wait for the engineer to come in first thing in the morning to get it opened.Went to sleep with a full face of makeup, sweaty, no access to mine or my bf’s meds, plus all of our food was in the fridge as well. To add insult to injury one of the employees even mentions that this happens quite a bit.. you would think that there would have been a better solution to this. We ended up getting downgraded from a suite to a regular tiny room, even smaller than our friend’s standard size. The fact that we ended up getting just the resort fees taken off and parking on the house is ridiculous even though really only one night was spent normally out of the 3 that we were there. Of course, management stood there ground insisting that refunding even one night(night that we didn’t even spend in our room) would have to be taken to corporate

The property is very beautiful and unique. Staff was fabulous!
