Room was clean and quiet, staff was friendly and helpful; location was convenient to VCU and restaurants.

Overall, the property is in good condition and we had a pleasant stay. My only complaint is that they seem to allow smoking in the rooms which affects the smell and can be a negative experience for non-smokers.

Thank you for staying, we do not allow smoking in the rooms, but once someone smokes in one it is a major challenge to get the smell removed. We are actively pursuing technology to alleviate the issue in a few rooms. Thank you for letting us know, so we can address your room.
