Room was really small and stuffy - got really hot and had to open the window that was pretty high up so had to climb the bed :(. Breakfast was good and healthy and the staff serving friendly . Parking and the sign to the hotel was a bit difficult to find

Excellent location. Bus stops for airport bus, ours and hop on hop off less than a minute from the front door

Its close to downtown. Free breakfast and our excursions had the bus stop next to hotel. Clean rooms good breakfast.

The hotel was in a very central location in the downtown with many city attractions within walking distance. There was a very nice restaurant/lounge on the property, as well as many other dining options close by. A very nice breakfast was included with the room rental which is so convenient when you have early tours etc. Tour buses picked up clients right outside the hotel. The premises were very clean and the staff were very helpful.. We would definitely stay here again.

We got an early check-in due to VIP status and the view from our balcony was really nice, especially seeing the small town. The hotel was very convenient and walkable to restaurants, grocery store bonus, shops, attractions. bus stop #9 for pickup and drop off from the tour and airport bus was just on the side of the hotel. But overall, the staff, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were very friendly and had great customer skills. Thank you to the front desk lady who checked us in on the first day of our arrival. Also, to Oslanda (apologies for pronouncing your name wrong), Felicia and Jose S for helping us throughout our stay. Overall it was almost excellent but the only concern we had was on the day of the check-in there were hair on both our pillows :( good thing we brought our own sleeping bag cover sheets.

I’ve stayed at better motels in the US. There was a strong smell of sewage coming from our ground floor room. The windows faced the parking lot where you could hear cars leave in the morning. Would definitely not recommend.
