The home away from home was a weloming atmosphere and very relaxing, Very accommodating staff with helpful information.

Easy check in. Basic cable 2 English Channels. Hot water in shower could be better.

Great place, forget her name but the greek lady at reception was very helpfull

We were there only one night, but the room was very comfortable and the staff was helpful. They recommended dinner at a nearby restaurant (Old Iceland) which was excellent! The hotel's breakfast buffett was wonderful with lots of fresh pastries, fruit, eggs and meats. I highly recommend this hotel in downtown Reykjavik.

The room was small, clean, no closet, difficult & slow TV with few channels. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was beyond excellent. Area was quiet, good access to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.
