We arrived and had to park across the street on the 2nd floor. The parking was dark and it smelled like urine. Hotel did not have bell hop, parking attendant, we were told they were turning the water on Tuesday from 11;00a-3:30. We left and came back and no hot water. Called for soap and shampoo was told they were on break to come down and pick up ourselves. Only one elevator working. Phone no dial tone. Brown water after repair was done. It is now Wednesday still no hot water. Man overdosed very near to hotel. False advertising, hotel does not look like pictures. Most of this hotel was abandoned. I felt Healy scared to walk out. After 8pm they look doors had to use room key to enter hotel. Room key not working. Too many things to list that we were not aware of and when asked why wasn’t these issues listed on the advertisement or even asked for comp. We were told oh no! This hotel should be condemned like the other rest of this hotel. Not very happy.

We are sorry you weren't happy with your stay and didn't feel safe in the surrounding areas. We understand the frustration regarding the water issue and repairs our hotel had to deal with during your stay. Our maintenance did their best to get the water back up but there were circumstances that needed to be addressed when they were fixing it. The rest of the property is under renovation including our garage and we do not advertise valet nor bellhop service. The Front Desk immediately delivered the soap and shampoo immediately last Saturday when you said you would rather have it brought up. We wish you well on your future hotel stays.

Good price. Not the cleanest. Things seemed to be run down. Keys wouldn’t work multiple times. Staff though were excellent and friendly. The staff made the stay worth the minor imperfections.

Staff was nice, price was cheapest among other places surrounding the area. Building is outdated compared to other places and beds were not comfortable. I wouldn't come back although there was nothing wrong with the staff.
