The room was nice. Comfortable bed. Tv didn’t work & staff didn’t make an attempt to fix it but overall stay was good.

Horrible experience, several long womans hairs in bathtub area. Sheets like sandpaper, dirty to filthy room and general outside. Staff very unfriendly and incompetent.

This is a fair, affordable place to stay if you are flying out of RNO at 6 a.m. (as I was). The owner and management are aware of what this is, and they do with it what they reasonably can, given the revenue they receive and the obvious expense of being near the airport.

I was expecting a certain level of quality at a La Quinta and this one is far below a 'normal' La Quinta. Rooms are very shabby and the bathrooms especially. The tub/shower was particularly rundown. And the breakfast included was very low quality with broken waffle machines and little options but bad bagels and wierd/old appearing hardboiled eggs. Note: this motel abuts the freeway and can be very noisy...I got a room on the far side so be sure to request a room away from the freeway if possible.

The location was great and very easy to find. The property was not well kept. The room did not have a working smoke detector and shower faucets were tricky to adjust. The bed was good.

The rooms were absolutely filthy, Wyndham should send someone out there and inspect the property. Tried a couple of different rooms all bad. There were actual food crumbs in the beds.
