Inside was dirty, unclean floors, tiny bathroom. The vents in the bathrooms were so connected, it was a hole in the wall and you could hear/see the other party doing their business

We enjoyed our stay very much. We appreciated the nice outdoor area where we had dinner, the vinyl floors instead of creepy carpet and the friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. We plan to stay here again in the future. This place was just what we needed at the end of a very long drive.

I enjoyed my stay here . It was clean and easy to get to .
I had to extend my stay and the front desk staff was very polite and easy to talk to .
I also locked myself out (twice !!) due to stress of having my flight out canceled , and again they were so nice and polite and kind .

The Aiden Best Western in Reno was a terrific hotel for the one night we were passing through. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The entire property, including our room was super clean and well maintained. In addition they have a restaurant on site, Two Chicks, they offered one of the best breakfast that I’ve had in a while. I would definitely stay here again

Updated property, rooms are quite good. Has a pool too, reasonably priced. Noise can be heard from people walking on the hallways but rest is good.

No housekeeping available on Saturday and Sunday. Front desk staff said housekeeping is only available Monday through Friday. Never heard such a thing before. A hotel is supposed to have housekeeping, everyday, especially on holiday weekends (Memorial Day). Requested a late check-out on Monday. Front desk staff refused it even though we offered to pay extra. Very disappointed with the experience.
