Nice, clean place. Room was spacious but not much decoration. Just very plain. Would stay again.

It was just okay. Nothing special. Not far from the boardwalk maybe a 10 drive. Very cold pool during the day.

Pool area was dirty, jacuzzi stopped working, pool heater was broken which made it uncomfortably cold to swim in, breakfast was terrible, hallways had holes in ceiling, ceilings were leaking, carpets were filthy, we asked for towels and were given dirty, stained towels, also told if your dog disrupts another persons stay and they decide to leave early, you are responsible to pay for the remainder of their stay, I think this is ridiculous considering there were dogs barking constantly and this is a “pet friendly” hotel. We decided to take our dog to a boarding kennel because I did not want anyone to say my dog was barking while we were gone. We will definitely be staying somewhere else our next trip down to Rehoboth Beach. Don’t waste your money!

The property what's fairly clean, The room that I reserved was very large but had no wardrobe. Or dresser, no hangers, only three hooks to hang clothing and what towels from.
The vent in the tiny bathroom area did not work.
The air conditioner was very, very loud and my guesses. It would not stand up too major summer heat.
My husband had originally reserved the room for Sunday night. That was supposed to have a separate sitting room with double doors that opened into the bedroom with the fireplace.
I surprised him bye reserving a room for saturday night, When we checked in, we asked how we could handle this fast and they said. Oh, it's the same room so you can just stay in the room that I reserved check Out and then check in again the following morning. Come to find out later that they were not the same room, I was charged thirty plus dollars more than he was.

The hallway carpets are wore out and look dirty and did not know ahead of time that I had to pay an additional $ for a security deposit
