We stayed for 4 nights. They never cleaned our room or provided clean towels. When I asked for clean towels, housekeeping seemed annoyed and told me they don't offer service if you stay there for 4 nights or less. They begrudgingly did switch out my towels.
Our room had a huge spot (10" diameter) of black mold in the bathroom that had obviously been painted over several times. Painting over black mold does not make it safe for people to be around. Hopefully they will take the time to properly remedy the situation for the next guest.
This hotel was reminiscent of a $60 motel 6...although I feel a motel 6 would be better maintained and cleaned. They also would provide clean towels and toilet paper more often than every 5 days.
The grounds were well kept and beautiful, but the hotel was not what was expected for the price of approx $250 a night.

The Lodge was great for a short weekend trip exploring central Oregon. Parking was easy, check-in was smooth, and the room was spacious. Bonus points for DVD player in room which meant we could rent a movie from Blockbuster in Bend! The property overall feels slightly dated, but the grounds are picturesque and there are lots of facilities.

there was crumbs on the floor and our bathroom sink didn’t drain.

We booked two rooms for a three nights stay. The rooms and common areas were nice and well kept and we enjoyed them.
It was frustrating that we requested 1 room with a pet and connecting rooms ahead of time and were told through messaging that the room types we booked did not offer connecting, but that we would be put next to each other. At check-in, we were put in opposite wings not anywhere near each other.
