Poor Service.
Posted 20 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe Stay was good but the check in was terrible. The hotel policy was 3pm check in and I went to check in at 5pm. The room was not ready and took 29 min for the process.

Checking was excellent and the staff was very welcome and very fast in processing but checking out was the worst in my life. Also of you call them to clean the room they’ll never come

Friends night out at Al Hamra village

We enjoyed a quick weekend getaway here. Haven't been since before covid. Really nice staff and good options for dining. Property is currently being renovated, so some of the areas are in construction. Spacious rooms and beach is close by - loved the Frisky Fox and evening entertainment. Shame to see the Belgian Beer cafe is no longer nearby but everything else good
