The staff were super friendly. Meals delicious and very generous! Leilei and Rummy have outstanding customer service skills and are a huge asset to the islander Hotel!!

We flew back from Aitutaki & only had one night here before flying to Australia the next morning. This is the perfect property for this, as it's across the road from the airport. The room was large, very clean & comfortable. The property has a good bar & restaurant. The bar is probably the most reasonably priced on Raro.
We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here as we needed somewhere reasonably priced and near the airport to sleep for one night before flying to Tahiti. Our room was reasonably large but not well-cleaned and the shower had the worst flow I’ve seen in a while. The staff were largely very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good and we had a nice view from the deck. The main problem for us was the blaring music from the bar which went on till midnight and was directly outside our window (a window that was broken so didn’t close fully). Not ideal at all!

Location to airport was great - food was also very good. Unfortunately a couple of rooms were taken by a family that had major issues. The mother was sweating profusely at her daughter and then on the ph I think to the young man that got her daughter pregnant. This went on and off for about an hr. Although I've never been to a half way house - I image this would be similar.
