Highly recommended place! Sane and staff are very accommodating and very friendly. Bananas and lemongrass were given free and shared some vinegar for my dressing! 😊 Place is quiet and very relaxing which is also what we need for this vacation. Lots of DVDs free to borrow. Location is handy to shops and restaurants. Parking is ample.

Very quiet property, awesome pool & option to use the spas - lovely hosts - a very enjoyable stay.
Only one issue, it was hard to get out of the pool, lucky hubby helped me out haha 😄

Meitaki maata to all the staff at Kia Orana Villas, my children and I absolutely loved our stay. Our Villa was soo beautiful with everything you could ever need and we loved having the pool right outside our doorstep. The best 8 days ever! We will be back soon and our friends and family will be too☺️

We found the wooden floors got dirty quite quickly however that didn’t bother us that much. We had amazing service and really enjoyed our stay here.

Awesome stay here at Kia orana villas, close to town & very private. Checking in was easy & all staff were kind & helpful. Can’t wait to come back & stay again!
