The room was not ready by the time they promised. I had to stay in the car with the kids for over 2 hours. The staffs were not willing to provide another room because I booked through a third party. By the time we checked in and went to the room, the pools were closed. So we lost one day by sitting in the car. They didn't even give me any late check out to make up for that lost day..

Customer service was really bad. They didn’t have late check out, not even 30 minutes. Reception staff were rude, the manager was rude and didn’t want to accommodate even when my key card stopped working before check out time. I will not return to this resort.

Very friendly staff. Good location. It got very crowded on the weekend. Good thing there was an adult only pool. I don't know what the smoking rules are, but on Saturday and Sunday the guy in the room next to me was constantly smoking pot. Made it difficult to sit on the porch.
