Rooms were clean and accommodating. Both Laith and Jeiris at the front desk were professional, helpful and sweet during my stay.

The hotel is not clean the bed sheets was full with hair so we ask for new one also the clean one was not that good .
The hotel not maintained well so its overrated and over withthe price too !

The receptionist was extremely polite. they spoke English just fine.
Mira room was cleaned every day. The ladies were extremely nice and respectable.
if you need your clothes washed, just put them in a bag and let them know and by the time you come back at the end of the day you’ll have them cleaned and ready in your room. excellent service all the way around.👍

The property is not a hotel, it doesn’t function everything is not clean.
They should renovate immediately if they want it to function as a hotel, and get professional staff too on the way.
We couldn’t sleep the whole night cause nothing was organized for three adults in th room not towels nothing

Disappointed
Posted 21 Jun 2019 on HotelsI booked 2× 2 bedroom suites for 7 individuals. We arrived at 6:30pm after a 3 hours ride to find out that our rooms are not ready yet. They have a nice garden so we chilled there until rooms got ready. We checked in. Easy check in. The disappointment came when we saw the rooms. The only good thing was the size. I believe that it is the on the largest size I have seen in Ramallah and I spend an average of 30 nights in hotels there. The reason I picked the hotel is for being the only one with 2 bedroom suites. The king bedroom had AC. The twin bedroom had no AC. When I complained, they provided fans. The bathroom looked more like a 2 star. The shower head broke in the middle of my shower. The bathroom was very slippery. Doors don't close all the way. Even front door. It is a new hotel with a beatdown basic stuff. You can see that they spent as little as possible on the inside. Pillows are 2 stars. Bed is 2 stars. I wasn't planning to write a review until the breakfast the next day. I have been to 7 different hotels in Rammallah between 4 and 5 stars. This is the cheapest less than basic breakfast I have ever seen. Coffee is terable out of a beatdown Machine. They l will never be back. Go there for the space. For the price you will pay here, you can get a better hotel. I had a choice between this hotel and few others that I have stayed in before and were awesome. Chose this one to try it out and have more comfortable stay. Boy did I make a mistake.

The restaurant on the top floor was good food was good. Hospitality was good. No entertainment TV was not able to get significant programming and the WiFi was spotty.
