everything was excellent. there was a problem with the side wall of the bed that fell off but the staff was there to clean up the glass. need to have a better maintance man to hang the bed sides

This hotel assessed a "destination charge" on arrival of $18.00 per day (after taxes) for items such as parking, wifi etc advertised by Expedia as free. Hotel itself is in decline compared to some 5-10 years ago when I stayed here a few times because of the large campus and proximity to hotel. I cannot accept the attempt to extort money after arrival with charges for items already advertised as included

We had to change rooms 3 times. Hot tub didn't work one of the reasons we booked here. Also not aware of microwave not being inside the room.

Would not allow to check in at 2:20 due to check in time 3:00. Wanted to charge me to check in 40 min early. I had never had this issue.
