The room was nice. Beds comfortable. Only shortcoming was only one small bar of soap to wash with or shower with.

The property is older and needs renovations. There was used shampoo bottle in the tub and the tub was badly stained. Breakfast was very sad. There were a couple of pieces of fruit, a container to boil eggs but no eggs. No juice only coffee. The only thing they did have was bagels and cream cheese. The beds were comfortable though.

Dead bugs stuck on wall above desk. Black mold around tub. Multiple stains on carpet. Deadbolt screws unattached from door. Light above tub blinking. Apparent previous attempt to repair stop behind bathroom door handle - unsuccessful.

The property is about what you expect for a motel. Unfortunately our non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The tv didn’t work, the shower head was little more than a drizzle, and the bathroom sink was broken. During the night there were multiple rooms having parties past 3am and many people propping open autolocking doors (safety issue) and blocking entryways. We will not be returning next year when we need to be in town.

Our room had an odor to it. I went to the front desk and they gave us a different room. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I loved visiting Rainsville and Fort Payne.

As soon as you get off the elevator, the hall smells like the smoking area - the bathroom had a sour smell like old piss - the food was nothing but a waffle maker and 3 bagels - no coffee in the pot and one bottle of chocolate milk that was sour - boy that left a bad taste in my mouth - the lady working the afternoon was rude - but the TV and the ac worked and the bed slept good and they're plenty of places to eat around here - and I got done what I needed to do - hopefully I won't need to come back here.

I'm very sorry that your stay wasn't the best. if you do come back in the future and I hope you do, please request a 1st floor room to avoid the smoke smell. We try very hard to manage it but sometimes it's still there. I'm happy I got to show you our breakfast area before you left. We actual have a good breakfast. Those waffles are the best. Entire second floor smelled horrible! Overwhelming cigarette and drug smells. Had to leave and go to Hampton in could not stay it was so awful.
