It was once a lovely place but is now everything is very dated and tired looking. Emergency housing on site as well which is very sad. Having said that, it was quiet and we slept well

Upon arrival we walk into the room and the stench was unbearable, it smelt like the room hadn't been open for at least six months. Towels and pillows had green snot marks on them. We had decided at this point we couldn't stay in this place. We had tried the TV but it also didn't work. We have never had to stay in a place as bad as this. We approached the front reception and he offered a refund as he understood are concerns.

Badly needs an update. The room was okay it was clean. The heating didn't work.

We rang to say we would be late and they very kindly waited up for us...He was very friendly and helpful.
