I spoked to Patricia on the front desk and brought to the attention to the butler the incorrect room 19306 had 0 ocean view not even a partial side that’s not what we booked and no resolution

I really liked my stay, but it took them 1 hour to give us the room, they gave it to us at 4pm, and when we finally got it it was a double, and I booked the king room, I had to go back to the lobby, and although the manager was very capable and gave us the right room, the truth is we had a bad time, but I must say that the experience was ideal.

Customer service was great. Everyone was very pleasant. Food was wonderful. Lots of recreational options to choose from (including multiple pools).
