OMGoodness. We had bugs in the liquor bottles, room smelled of mold and liquid sewage on some days. I had to wash every piece of unworn clothing and steam the luggage because the stench of the room carried in our stuff home. I was serious concerned we would have lung issues after we returned home. The staff was rude and the grounds were dirty, cleanliness is Not on their agenda. We went to the Riu resort next store and it was amazing, we could not change even if we paid the difference which was very upsetting. We were willing to pay double just to get out of our room. 7004. Yuck!! never again!!

I booked two rooms, one room was ok, but very old the other, room 1604, on the other hand, the air conditioner did not work, the toilet was broken, they had to come several times to fix it. My friend sleeps with a CPap machine, however the plugs did not work in her room she had to come over in my room to sleep. My daughter had her 11 months old baby but there was no kettle in the room to make her formula, even though we requested one. The quality of the food was very poor and lacked any variety. I will never stay at this place again. The only good about the place is the stag were very nice.

Property is definitely aged, but cleanliness is very good. Dinning could be improved a lot
