The resort I would say is good for a person that has never been to an all inclusive. The room was great. The property was clean. The spa was enjoyable. The food unfortunately was not the greatest. The options felt limited. No option for a buffet at dinner wasn’t good (the buffet for lunch and dinner was Luke warm at points). Also the constant asking to attend a presentation to become a VIP member felt like harassment after a while. Also after about 7 or 8pm, there’s basically one bar open for the general use, so you could be waiting sometimes up to 10 minutes for a drink. I don’t think I would go again.

Overall the property is nice. The entertainment is mid grade. The spa was great. Food was decent. Hotel does have a slight mop water smell in the hallway of the rooms lobby smells great, our wash cloths weren’t replaced until the final day and the shower drained needed cleaning. If the shower ran too long it over flowed into the bathroom area. I love the flip flops and beach bags they give you. Overall not terrible for the price but wouldn’t stay here again.

Loved it. I assume the smell is from humidity and constant rain. Bring PLENTY bug spray.
