The resort was amazing! The staff were very friendly and kind to my daughter! I would definitely recommend this place and would come back! The experience we had was amazing!

The property was wonderful. It connects to the Secrets hotel which is a beautiful hotel also. It was very clean. The people were friendly. The food was good. I had a wonderful time at the karaoke bar and the night club, and even the water slide pool. I did not love the night shows because it was too American, lots of old school rock and sad songs. I would’ve like to see more of a Dominican cultural show.

We had a wonderful time everyone so nice and helpful. My butler Junior was a big help. We are going to make plans to come back New Years Eve.

don't like the dr- don't trust the safety , very close to Haiti and just was not good with it-

I paid extra money to stay in the preferred side once i arrived and we had no a/c and no running water for 2 days. I traveled with 2 kids and it was difficult, i went to the lobby where Cesar the manager was disrespectful and said to my husband i was complaining. I asked to switch my room and get a refund on the extra i had paid to be on the preferred and their solution was to give me another room for one night and go back to my original room because they were all booked. Buffet food was full of flys and not appealing. The maid was amazing i’ll give them that. She was very sweet and even brought my kids chocolate covered strawberries to the room. Other than that do not recommend.

Security racially profiled me on numerous occasions, kitchen staff did the same. Good was average except the omelets and Hibachi. The waiters only serve you if you tip. Never coming here again.

Check in was horrible, they didnt give us the room that we reserved/paid for ( swim out) and we had to stay 1 night in reguloar room then next day pack again and move rooms, super annoying!!! Staff super slow- to eat lunch at cafe Seaside Grill we waited sitting at the table 1.5hr and STILL left without lunch thats how slow annoying it was, food quality VERY poor, resort is beautiful BUT I will NEVER return.
