The buffets food is not my favorite. The food at Think Outside The Box the sports bar is absolutely awful. I wouldn’t eat there ever again. The other all inclusive restaurants were very good.

The service was amazing! It is an excellent hotel! These employees made our stay the best! Enrique, Wally and Roberto at the pool bar. Silver, Audelina and main buffet Luis Daniel, Anabelle, Stephanie, De La Paz and Yendris at the beach buffet. Joaquin and Slaine at Tao restaurant. The food it was a big issue they didn’t have variety of meat and the night transportation after the shows horrible, older people had to go walking to their rooms. On the weekends a lot of local people and it gets too crowded and crazy.

Aside from the guy who did our check-in with his rude comments that he mumbled to another staff about us... everything else was good. The food isn't the best, but as expected from an all-inclusive-- I've had better though. The children area and activities were pretty good.

I recently stayed at the Caribe Deluxe Princess Hotel and had a mixed experience. While the hotel has many positive aspects, there were some significant drawbacks that future guests should be aware of. **Pros:** - **Rooms:** The rooms were fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and kept very clean. - **Location:** The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to various attractions. - **Beach:** The beach was absolutely stunning, offering a perfect spot for relaxation. - **Staff:** The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. **Cons:** - **Language Barrier:** If you don't speak Spanish, be prepared for some challenges. Almost every event and activity was conducted in Spanish, making it difficult for non-Spanish speakers to fully enjoy their stay. - **Drinks:** The drinks were a major disappointment. They were excessively sweet, often due to the sugary flavored syrups used. If you prefer less sweet cocktails, you might want to stick to simpler options. - **Food:** The food was just okayish—not particularly impressive but decent enough. - **Sales Tactics:** Be cautious of individuals in pink T-shirts, especially Ronald. The pillows had a horrible musty smell. I kindly asked the housekeeping lady to switch the pillows and they still smelled the same. I slept without pillows the whole stay. The staff were friendly. The food was not what I was expecting. Besides the buffet the food served at the restaurants were the same things you find in the frozen section at the supermarkets. My kids enjoyed themselves on the water slides and at the beach.
