It was a good stay. Conveniently located in the heart of Zona Romantica within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, clubs. Rooms do need a bit of remodeling.

Room was very clean and spacious. Would be nice if Hotel had a small bar with snacks like Suzana across the street. Also would be nice if coffee was available all day.

This was our first time traveling to Puerto Vallarta, and I’m glad we stayed at Los Arcos Suites. We tremendously enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the hotel felt like a peaceful oasis in the midst of the lively Zona Romantica. Everything (beach, pier, the best restaurants, cafes, shops, art galleries, bus stop etc.) was just in short walking distance. Common areas of the hotel were beautifully decorated and well maintained. We loved our spacious suite with fully functional kitchen and huge balcony with partial ocean view. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

Thought I was staying in the hotel next to the beach.

Rooms smell really humed, the policy that you cannot bring anyone to your room and they look at you like criminals is true according to a review on google. The staff is friendly and they are good.
Curtains were incredible filthy and stained by the humidity.I was going to stay but is just not worth the money.
