Property I beautiful. Service & food is 3 star . We had 7 rooms , almost every room had one kind of problem. Service was late. Call for anything takes at least 30 min. Never recommend it again.

I reserved a North tower corner suite (ocean view) and was pushed to a South tower suite with a view of construction on the mountain side.

We loved our stay. Only disappointment was they are supposed to restock the mini bar every 24 hrs, ours was never restocked even after calling front desk. Also ordered room service on our last morning before checking out, and never received. Waited over an hour.

Hotel Mousai was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a resort. From the hospitality to the food we could not have asked for a better experience. 10/10 recommend!
