So I had originally booked three nights at this location. My flight got in late, so I arrived at 10:40 in the evening to discover that my room did not have a toilet or shower in the room… I was expected to use a communal bathroom out in the hallway. Of course, none of this was mentioned in the description of the property. The owner said that she offered to change my room, but there was confusion on that issue. In any event, I checked out the next morning, and walked away from my last two nights.. Expedia says that they are working on a partial refund, but we will just have to see. The owner seemed nice enough, but the property needs to be clear in guests expectations.

Ok for layover

Room was facing street and no sound isolation at all. Not for lights sleepers. Small ants everywhere in room. Be aware that it is shared bathroom (toilet/shower in one) although I did not realize when booking. Ok for layover before going to El Nido.

The only good thing about this place is the man in the front desk. Don't believe it when it says "breakfast included" in expedia cause its not included. There's also no hot shower. The ac sucks too

When I called and complained about the lack of the breakfast that was to come with the room, the management turned off the hot water heater in the shower so for the last day of our stay we had to shower in cold water. Not very nice. The air conditioner did not work very well I didn’t sweat a lot but was uncomfortable most of the night.

Breakfast is excluded in the rate plan. The hot and cold shower is plugged and the guests will have the control to heat the water. The air conditioning recently went through maintenance and is working well. We treat our guests nicely and if there are any problems our staff will be there to assist. Thank you for staying with us!

The staff were great. Went well beyond the extra mile. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was simple but good. Only drawback is the restrooms are a little small. We loved the host and staff. Will stay again for sure.

Good location for both airport and tourist attractions such as baywalk. Nice style building and spacious room. Excellent breakfast of bacon, eggs, toast and coffee. Only downside was the noise and light since we were in the front of the property. Overall excellent value and stylish.

a beautifully converted house with antique charm and decor. Host Cynthia is there to make guests feel taken cared of, at the same time ensuring space and privacy. Orange Mangrove is very centrally located with the interesting destinations within walking distance. we highly recommend staying here.
