Lush gardens, peaceful, good family atmosphere. Caring staff. Better than some more expensive options around.

Quite and safe place. Nice beautiful swimming pool and very spacious. All staff are friendly.

Amenities needs improvement
Posted 19 Jun 2018 on HotelsMichelle Pension was disappointing. Our towels were old and falling to bits, sticking to our skin. It wasn't absorbing any water so pointless to use it to dry yourself. That really stuck in my mind as I never came across that before. There was no water for us to use the next day as it was switched off from the mains. The photos on the website does not match the actual state of the place.

Pros: The Staff and the boss daily attendance and friendly. The airport shuttle service is great.
The location the room, the garden and the big Pool.
Cons: The cleanliness of the tiles, shower curtain and the ventilation in the bathroom can be improved.
Location: Puerto Princesa many excursions possibilities.
Dining options are not available nearby.
The flight with AirAsia has no service and was never punctual.
The pleasant stay in the pension Michelle can only be recommended.

Posted 17 Dec 2017 on HotelsThis budget hotel is not a pleasanr stay....from the poor electrics that either did not work or when did gave a nasty elec shot, to the djrty bed linen, to the poor inadequate breakfast. If there is something else available I suggest rhat rather than this budget hotel that hopefully once had better days.

Appropriate for a family stay.
My husband and I stayed once for a vacation and a second time we brought our son.
Both vacations we're memorable.

Hospitality- they treat you like a family!
