The hotel rooms were unlivable. Constant bugs from every corner, the toilet didn’t flush, my shower was broken, leaks in the faucet. The food was the same thing every single day, the facility was unkempt. I made a reservation for 18 days to relax for the first time since covid, and I left after a few days because it was extremely unbearable. Do not waste your time or money visiting this “resort”. As a travel agent, this was the worst hotel I have ever visited.

I love the resort, I just didn’t like the beach , it was kind of dirty.

My favorite area was the Spa, where i was able to enjoy with peace and quiet.

the shuttles was a bit annoying, however the overall stay was nice.
