Overall it was a good trip. Pros: Staff was always friendly and helpful. Especially Joshua, he helped us when we first arrived. Our room was cleaned daily and the nightly turn down service was really nice. We did a reservation for the hibachi table and Jesus was amazing! Cons: We saw so many exposed wiring/outlets throughout the property. The buffet food options were ok. The actual night shows were not very entertaining, but the MCs, they were a good time.

Staff was amazing . The beach doesn’t look anything like the picture it could use maintenance with all the seed weeds.

This was our first time at a Dreams hotel and we were very happy. They have different varieties of food every day and multiple options each night. The staff were very friendly. A big shout out to our servers Marco and Javier. Also Victoria from the preferred and Mayra our housekeeper. And especially our taxi driver Omar who took us places even on his days off. We also loved all of the entertainment crew very nice and friendly. Only bad thing which has nothing to do with the resort, the ocean was not pretty and we never went swimming in it. It had a lot of seaweed in it, so that was very disappointing, other than that everything else was great.

Beach was covered in weeds and it was difficult to access the ocean.

Property was run down. There was trash in the flower pots on our balcony. The swim out was beautiful but everything else was crummy. I have stayed at dreams properties before. This was not a nice one.

The service is not up to par for the stars it states it has. I paid for preferred service and still felt like a regular guest. I had to chase staff around to get answers to simple questions. I didn’t receive turn down service until the last night. the pool is like a playground even with the adults and kids playing football the whole time. There is limited nightly activities and no real music at the pool during the day. I went to celebrate my daughter for a great ending of the school year and to relax and didnt get the vacation i was looking for.
