Great food, decent property, maintained well. Some staff have a real attitude and terrible service when it came to daily room cleaning or replenish toilet paper or towels. This was not done at all during our stay that the second last day, I had to request clean towels and request that our room be cleaned. We also had to call down for rolls of toilet paper. This has never happened during that many trips we’ve taken around the world. It’s not a big deal if you are only looking to go to a really hot destination and don’t mind if your bed is never made or your towels are not exchanged daily. Food was excellent at the specialty restaurants. Buffet food was average. If you have minimal expectations, then you’ll be okay.

The buffet and food in general was not great. Preferred club here does not give any perks that another dreams would offer. We visited Jade and they said they have early check-in and late check out for preferred club members and yet our flight was delayed and they only gave us an extra hour even though we were preferred. Any accommodations like for children you were offered for free but if they didn’t have it they asked if we will pay, which is beyond insulting. The children’s pool water by 1 pm was a sauna. Very unsafe for small children. The bar staff was great. The room was okay. When we turned on the jets in the room jaccuzzi and outdoor hot tub, all this dirt and mold came out so that sucked. The weddings every night outside the preferred club windows was absolutely horrible. Thankfully we brought a sound machine so the baby slept surprisingly well but we sure didn’t.

This property is good and their staff is also good however the property has very limited options of food and drinks were not good.there are multiple marriages happening everyday. Beaches were not swimmable due to sargassum.Its good for wedding celebration but not for family vacation.

Private plunge pools were incredible. Much nicer of a place than other all inclusives, not adults only, but kids have their own area, would go back
